How long does a roof replacement take?
Most residential roof replacements are completed in 1-2 days, depending on the size and complexity of the roof. We always clean up behind ourselves so your property looks great when we're done.
Do you offer free estimates?
Yes! We provide free, no-obligation estimates for all of our services. Just give us a call at 606-657-8055 or fill out our contact form and we'll get back to you quickly.
Are you licensed and insured?
Absolutely. SP2 Contracting is fully licensed and insured, and we're BBB Accredited. We're also a Certified CertainTeed Master Shingle Applicator, which means we meet the highest standards in the roofing industry.
What areas do you serve?
We serve Southeastern Kentucky including London, Corbin, Somerset, Barbourville, Mt. Vernon, Manchester, Williamsburg, and surrounding communities in Laurel, Pulaski, Knox, Rockcastle, Clay, Jackson, and Whitley counties.
Do you help with insurance claims?
Yes. We work directly with insurance adjusters on storm damage claims. We'll document the damage, meet with your adjuster, and make sure your claim covers everything it should.
What roofing materials do you use?
We primarily install CertainTeed Landmark architectural shingles, one of the most trusted brands in the industry. As a Certified Master Shingle Applicator, we can offer enhanced warranties that other contractors can't.
